Prominent music promoter Abbey Musinguzi, also known as Abtex, took the matter to the police, filing a case against Gloria Bugie.

Abtex claimed that her behavior and dress code violated the Social Media and Computer Misuse Act, further intensifying the scrutiny she faced.

In an emotional statement, Gloria Bugie apologized to the public for the leaked video and any offense caused.
