Breaking News-Head teacher named Patrick, the headmaster of Rise and Shine Primary School, is now behind bars after allegations of cheating P.7 students of their Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) registration fees surfaced.

According to reports, Patrick is accused of taking money from students meant for their PLE registration and returning it instead of completing the process.

Each P.7 student reportedly paid UGX 100,000 as their registration fee. However, instead of submitting the payment as required, Patrick returned the money without registering the students for their crucial examinations.
