The Military Court is sitting at Paimol village in Agago district presided over by Col. Peter Musherere has sentenced UPDF Officer Ameny Bonny to death for three counts of murder, attempted murder, kidnapping and unauthorized leave.

Ameny pleaded guilty to the charges on 20th last month but said he was looking for his missing wife and more than Rw 16 million he had lent her to start a business.

The court hearing was also open to the public
