“The actions exhibited in the video contradict our core values and ethical conduct as a law enforcement body,” the statement read.

These officers were executing the arrest of Victoria Kabatoraine Ariau.

Uganda Police have confirmed that the four officers have been arrested and are currently detained in Mbarara.
