The Royals, under the guidance of Coach Wasswa Bbosa, displayed exceptional teamwork and determination, climbing further up the league table.

First Half Domination

The game kicked off with Kitara FC asserting dominance early on. Ronald Otti opened the scoring in the 12th minute, setting the tone for the rest of the match.

Just minutes later, Amaku doubled the lead with a clinical finish, putting Kitara firmly in control.

Before the halftime whistle, Jude Ssemugabi added a third goal, sending Kitara into the break with a commanding 3-0 advantage.

A Strong Finish

Maroons FC struggled to find their footing in the second half as Kitara’s defense held strong, ensuring another clean sheet for the team.

In the 90+3 minute, Jude Ssemugabi sealed the victory with a second goal, completing his brace and leaving no room for a Maroons comeback.

The final score stood at Maroons 0-4 Kitara FC, a testament to the Royals’ superior gameplay.

Dedication to Hassan Mubiru

Kitara’s win was dedicated to Kitara’s assistant coach, Hassan Mubiru, in recognition of his contributions to the team.

The victory also marked an important milestone in the team’s journey under their new leadership.

Rising Through the Ranks

Kitara FC’s recent performance has been remarkable, especially after a challenging start to the season under their former coach, Brian Ssenyondo.

From 12 games played, Kitara now sits in 11th position with 14 points on the league table, steadily climbing with renewed vigor.

In their last five games, Kitara FC has secured three wins, one draw, and one loss.

This turnaround highlights the impact of Coach Wasswa Bbosa, whose strategies and leadership have revitalized the team.

The Royals are showing signs of consistency and determination, which could propel them higher in the league standings.
