
Rovers FC Jabari Garibaldi made his second appearance for the U.S. Virgin Islands ‘s national team in a friendly against Saudi Arabian divisional club Okaz FC on Saturday.
Born in Miami, Florida to Jamaican parents, Garibaldi made his international bow for the U.S. Virgin Islands on Saturday September 28 in Saudi Arabia, where he came on as a substitute in the 65th minute, ending their last friendly with a 3-1 win to Okaz FC.
Jabari Garibaldi came to the U.S. Virgin Islands a few months ago and joined Rovers Football Club, where he performed massively and helped the club reach the finals of the Federation President Cup.
He got the attention of the national team selectors of the The Dashing Eagles and got his first call up ahead of their trip to Saudi Arabia.
Both friendlies form part of U.S. Virgin Islands ‘s preparations for the 2024-2025 Concacaf Nations League, where the The Dashing Eagles are set to play Barbados and The Bahamas.
